How the credit count is worked out

Only three things move the number: the model, the quality and the length. The stage, the sound and the format matter only when they make you switch model. The create button always shows the exact count before you confirm.

Wan 3.0 is the default model, and the one that keeps the Hotel Lobby track or plays your own song. Using your own song or your own dance moves costs the same as the Hotel Lobby routine; a reference clip is billed at the next listed length (an 11 s clip bills as 12 s). 1080p costs twice 720p because the provider charges double for it. Aspect ratio never changes the price.

Seedance writes and performs a new AI rap about your topic every time. It follows the Hotel Lobby choreography but does not keep the Hotel Lobby track.

Billing

Questions about credits and billing

How many credits does one Hotel Lobby video use?

A standard 12-second take on Wan 3.0 at 480p uses 6 credits. Longer takes, higher quality and the Seedance models use more; the table above lists each case.

Is there a free trial or a free first video?

No. Every take, including the first, is paid with credits. The smallest pack is 10 credits for $9.99.

Do I need a subscription?

No. One-time packs cover everything, and their credits never expire. Plans suit people who make videos every week; the cheapest is Basic, 100 credits a month for $29.90.

Does using my own song cost more?

No, the sound has no surcharge of its own. Your own song on Wan 3.0 costs the same as the Hotel Lobby track. Only a choice that switches the model, such as an AI rap on Seedance, changes the price.

When do credits expire?

Pack credits never do. Credits from a monthly plan last for that month plus a short grace period and refresh at renewal. Credits from a yearly plan arrive at the start and last for the billing year.

What if a take fails?

You pay nothing for it. The credits return to your balance on their own; there is no need to contact us.

How do I cancel a plan?

From Orders in your account, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and credits you already have stay usable until they expire.

Can I get my money back?

Unused packs, and a first plan payment whose credits are untouched, can be refunded within 14 days. The [refund policy](/refund-policy) has the full conditions.
